The Experience
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Vinyasa Flow & Sound Bath with Saguna
A fluid, grounding yoga practice led by Saguna to release physical tension and shift stagnant energy. The flow concludes with a restorative, cosmic sound bath co-facilitated by both of us during Savasana to deeply settle the nervous system.
